Umahi Agwu

Student Advisory Board

Umahi Agwu is a student on the Office of Undergraduate Education’s Student Advisory Board in the Duke graduating Class of 2026. She is an Economics major and is passionate about all things international development. Umahi is a transfer student and wanted to contribute the transfer student's opinion to the way Undergraduate Education is shaped. Umahi is originally from Nigeria and spent half of her life there so she has the dual experience of life in both the U.S. which has shaped a lot of her life.
