Keith Horton

Associate Director, OUE Finance and Operations

Keith Horton is Associate Director of Finance and Operations in the Office of Undergraduate Education. In this role, Keith is responsible for overseeing the financial and business aspects of the Intellectual Community, Student Success, and OUE Central divisions. Keith has worked for Duke for over 12 years ranging across the Medical Center, Health System, and University entities in various finance and operational roles. Keith has an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Facilities Planning & Construction Management and has experience working in a leadership capacity managing various projects and supporting operational leaders.
