For Administrators

The Division of Experiential Education has many resources for administrators to utilize in the creation of student programs or in advising undergraduate students. Duke Summer Experiences and the Office of Global Health and Safety can assist you in your work with students.

The Office of Global Health & Safety is a vital component of the Division of Experiential Education. We exist to support faculty, staff, and students engaged in off-campus programs and other forms of experiential education. Learn more: https://oghs.duke.edu/

Duke Summer Experience was created as an undergraduate opportunity aggregator, but also with the intent of growing a community of practice. We want to connect the departments, faculty, academic units, and administrators that coordinate, organize, and operate student experiences. Our hope is this network of program administrators can share best practices, resources, and lessons learned. Learn more: https://experiences.duke.edu/about/for-administrators/.

The Global Travel Office (GTO) is an enterprise-level office (university and health system) that administers the Provost's Travel Policy and Restricted Regions List, the Duke Travel Registry, and that provides support to Duke's faculty and staff with travel documentation and situational assistance abroad.  Learn more: https://travel.duke.edu/
