Student Marketing and Communications Assistant
Taraka is a freshman studying neuroscience on the pre-med track. He joined the MarComms team during his first semester in 2024, and since then, he has contributed by recording, editing, and producing various media. Through this position, Taraka has developed his photography, videography, editing, and community outreach skills, along with many others. He hopes to continue improving in these areas as well as in his relationships with fellow OUE students and faculty. In his free time, Taraka enjoys playing board and video games, cooking, eating, reading, and practicing sports. Specifically, Taraka loves pickleball, spikeball, climbing, and Ultimate Frisbee, the last two of which he is on the Duke teams for.
