Margaret MacGurn

Marketing and Communications

Margaret MacGurn is a Marketing and Communications Student Assistant for OUE in the Duke graduating Class of 2028. She is pursuing a double major in Economics and Political Science, combining her interests in marketing, consulting, and foreign policy.

Margaret has three years of marketing experience and is passionate about using strategic communication to drive positive change. Since joining the team in the fall of 2025, she has enjoyed being able to creatively connect students with the many valuable resources that Duke has to offer. When she's free, Margaret enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning new languages, creating song mashups, and travel blogging.
