Kathie Huang

Student Advisory Board Member

Kathie Huang is a student advisory board member for OUE in the Duke graduating class of 2025. As a student advisory board member, she loves having the opportunity to help bridge gaps between Duke admin and students by expressing the opinions of underrepresented voices directly to Duke staff. She also enjoys hearing and learning from the diverse perspectives of fellow OUE members. Kathie is originally from Renton, Washington, and is pursuing a major in computer science with minors in finance and Chinese. She has enjoyed this multidimensional education and plans on working as a software engineer in New York after graduation. In her free time, Kathie loves to play pickleball, find hikes, watch sitcoms, and read historical fiction.
