Student Advisory Board Member
Henry Stephens IV is a pre-law student, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Political Science. With experience spanning legal research, financial regulations, and policy analysis, he has worked with institutions such as J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Duke University School of Law. His expertise lies in fair lending, compliance, and economic equity, with a focus on how policies impact underserved communities.
He serves on the student advisory board to advocate for student needs, provide strategic input on institutional initiatives, and foster an inclusive academic environment. Through this role, he ensures that student perspectives are considered in shaping policies and programs that enhance professional and academic development.
As Vice President of the Duke Black Pre-Law Society, Henry has launched mentorship initiatives and organized professional development events. Passionate about bridging the gap between law and finance, he aims to use his legal and business acumen to advance credit accessibility and fair lending. Outside of his professional pursuits, Henry enjoys shopping, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
