Daud Malik is a first-year (Class of 2028) from Cincinnati, Ohio, passionate about advancing early health and social support systems. Intending to study Public Policy and Chemistry, Daud looks forward to learning how government action and social inequalities impact adverse determinants of health. He is thrilled to continue amplifying student voices for OUE by ensuring representation in Duke's large-scale policies.

At Duke, Daud is actively involved in Duke Debate, the Muslim Students Association, and volunteering at Durham public schools. Additionally, he serves as a health and child policy researcher, focusing on community navigation and immigrant health. When not with his friends or family, he enjoys solving Rubik's Cubes, playing the cello, and cheering for Cincinnati sports!
