Student Advisory Board
Claire Hong is a member of the OUE Student Advisory Board and a Duke undergraduate in the Class of 2028. She is studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in History and is passionate about healthcare, with plans to attend medical school and pursue a career as a physician. Claire hopes to bring a unique Pratt–Trinity crossover perspective to the Student Advisory Board and contribute to the continued improvement of undergraduate education.
Outside of academics, Claire enjoys volunteering in healthcare, mentorship, and education. She is actively involved with Duke University Health System (DUHS), STEM Connect, Remote Area Medical, and America Reads America Counts. In addition to service, she likes music and plays cello in a chamber piano trio as part of the Duke Chamber Orchestra.
