Seun Bello Olamosu, PhD, Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, leads Student-Faculty Engagement initiatives, including:
FLUNCH funds students to take a professor to lunch on campus.
The student-led Duke Conversations program encourages faculty to host student dinners in their homes.
Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) hires and supports faculty members who live in selected first-year campus residence halls.
VLearn brings students and faculty together for informal virtual meetings.
Bass Society of Fellows consists of Duke faculty members who have been recognizes for excellence in both research and teaching and a special commitment to educating undergraduates.
AVP MacMullen and AVP Olamosu also work closely with Duke's Residential Life/Student Affairs to create living-learning communities, fostering intellectual and personal growth in all Duke Houses.
